We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the following areas:
- Preparing and reviewing care plans
- Medication administration and safe handling procedures
- Medication ordering, booking, and changeover processes
- Conducting spot checks and medication counts
- Managing and handling controlled drugs
- Ensuring timely and accurate medication administration
- Carrying out medication and care plan audits
Experience with electronic systems such as Medicare, eMAR, and PCS is highly desirable.

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 per week
