About Us
We are an independently owned group of outstanding restaurants, pubs, and boutique hotels in the East Midlands, across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire & Lincolnshire. We operate several different formats, although each site is treated like every colleague and guest, as an individual. About You
You must be a confident and outgoing person – with the ability to read your guests and deliver the experience they want. A passion for food, drink and service is a must, with a keen eye for detail. We employ hard-working people who love creating memorable moments for every guest.
Job Role
Providing the highest standards of service, quality & cleanliness. Growing sales & exceeding customer expectations. Ensuring that all regulations and procedures are adhered to. Working with the bar and waiting teams to deliver perfect service.
Experience Required
Minimum 1 year in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or pub.
Computer literacy skills.
