Staffpower Group are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing manufacturing business based in Spennymoor. We are looking for multiple Production Operators to join the team immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on the shop floor across various production and assembly tasks
- Using hand tools safely and efficiently
- Manual handling of materials - heavy lifting involved
- Following set procedures and production schedules
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in a production or assembly environment
- Confidence using hand tools
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- A strong attendance record and positive work ethic
- A flexible attitude - willing to support with overtime and additional duties as required
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
Shift Times and Hours:
- Day Shift
- Monday-Thursday 7am-3pm, Friday 6am-1pm
- Overtime Available
- Must be flexible to suit needs of the business
Salary Info:
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm, Temporary
Pay: £13.50 per hour
