Successful applicants should be willing to go through an enhanced disclosure and reference check, I.E - DBS check. Prospective applicants of which must be willing and may be required to work early shift and/or late shifts on a rota basis. This is subject to requirement and will be advised.
Experience required:
- Experience working with individuals with Mental Health, Autism and Learning disability this is desirable.
- Experience in care setting. one year
Training will be provided upon contractual acceptance.
Qualifications:
1) GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths is essential
2) UK Driving License is essential
3) Care Certificate is desirable.
4) A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is Desirable.
5) Strong time management and organisational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks while working to deadlines and maintaining a high degree of accuracy and organisation.
6) Basic IT skills in particular MS Word, Outlook.
Physical Condition:
1) Good general health and fitness is essential.
2) Ability to perform physical tasks associated with care work is essential
3) Manual Handling training is desirable.
