Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our domiciliary care team in Chatham. This role involves supporting care staff, conducting assessments and spot checks, reviewing care plans, ensuring compliance, and assisting with the day-to-day running of the branch.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2years care experience (required)
- Minimum 1year Field supervisor experience (required)
- Previous domiciliary care experience
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Access to vehicle for work related travels (required)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and initial home visits
- Create, review, and update care plans
- Carry out spot checks, audits, and quality monitoring visits
- Support care staff and service users on a daily basis
- Assist with scheduling and care package management
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
- Provide emergency cover and hands-on care when required
- Support the Registered Manager with branch operations
