Escape Reality is looking for an enthusiastic and fun-going Game Master to join our Edinburgh team. As a Game Master, you will be leading the charge to give our customers engaging, immersive and unforgettable experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, quick thinking environment and enjoys an engaging customer facing role.
Your Responsibilities
- Run and manage games to provide outstanding experiences.
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing heath and safety briefs, engaging stories and guiding teams through the game when needed.
- Setting up and resetting rooms before and after each team.
- Keeping the business in a clean and presentable state to ensure teams have the best possible experience.
What We're Looking For
- Someone who is able to work long hours
- Flexibility in hours. Being able to work weekends is essential as it's our busiest period.
- Local to the area or have reliable travel
- Someone who is reliable, enthusiastic and willing to get stuck in!
- Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with teams
- High attention to detail
