We are Cozee, the fastest growing lettings agency in Central London. We are doubling our revenue year on year but that's not enough.
We now have a goal to reach 5,000 properties under management in the next 3 years.
We are looking for an experienced lettings professional that can progress in the role and become the Lettings Manager within the next 6 to 12 months.
To be considered for the Senior Consultant role you must have:
- Previous Lettings experience of at least 2 years
- Strong customer service
- Target-driven mindset
- Results-driven with a strong track record
- Highly Organised
As a Senior Consultant, your role will involve the following:
- Register, vet and reach out to applicants
- Organise, co-ordinate viewings, negotiate offers with both tenants/landlords
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and quality service towards tenants
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with all Landlords to help you acquire a future business with them
- Increasing revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
