Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:30

About the role
Alliance Personnel are recruiting Returns‑focused Warehouse Operatives for a well‑established client based in Lichfield WS13. This is a returns and quality‑led role, not high‑volume picking. You will work within a dedicated returns department, inspecting and handling returned goods and supporting the efficient flow of stock back into the business. This position is ideal for candidates living locally to Lichfield, with straightforward access by bus, bicycle, or on foot.
Key responsibilities
- Working within a returns department
- Inspecting and quality‑checking returned items
- Assessing condition and recording findings accurately
- Stock allocation and organisation following inspection
- Pallet wrapping and preparing items for onward movement
- Loading and unloading deliveries where required
- Manual handling of returned goods
What we’re looking for
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, especially returns, quality, or goods‑in
- Strong attention to detail and care when handling stock
- Ability to work consistently and follow inspection standards
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with physical work
- Looking for stable, weekday work with long‑term potential
