Position: Bar and Event Staff
Pay: £11.00-£12.85 per hour (based on age) AND £16.50-£19.28 per hour after midnight (based on age).
Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar and Event Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests across a variety of events, including: Weddings, Parties, Wakes and Corporate Events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve beverages to a high standard, following safety and licensing regulations.
- Support the setup, service, and breakdown of events, maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
- Keep bar and event areas clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout shifts.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth event operations.
Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, events, or customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle busy periods effectively are essential.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment are essential.

Schedule:
- Primarily evening and weekend shifts (evening and weekend availability required).
- Monday to Friday shifts also available.
- Availability on Bank and Public Holidays may be required.
Preferred Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred).
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred).
- Bartending or Event Work: 1 year (preferred).
