About the Role
You will be responsible for supporting clients and advisers throughout the mortgage and protection process, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently from application through to completion.
The role is primarily remote, although regular in-person meetings will be required in the Bournemouth area.
Essential Requirements
- Recent experience within the whole-of-market mortgage and protection industry.
- Currently working, or recently worked, as a Mortgage & Protection Administrator.
- Alternatively, a former Mortgage Broker with recent industry experience.
- Strong understanding of mortgage and protection application processes.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients, lenders, providers, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing mortgage and protection cases from enquiry through to completion.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, surveyors, and protection providers.
- Gathering and checking documentation.
- Submitting applications and monitoring progress.
- Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation.
- Providing regular updates to clients and advisers.
- Supporting the delivery of an exceptional client experience.
- Working on various business growth projects

What We Offer
- Starting Salary £28,000 - £30,00 FTE, depending on experience
