Experienced waiter/waitress is required for an Italian Restaurant on Ware High Street.
We are looking for someone to join our already great team of people within a family run business.

Must live locally or have own transport as no staff accommodation provided
Good customer service skills are required
Proficient English speaking is essential.
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
The role of a Waiter includes:
- Knowledge of the menu and ability to identify dishes
- Ensuring the plate room and passes are cleaned and kept clean
- Ensuring that mise en place is stocked prior to service and replenished throughout
- Set up Dining rooms
- Polishing of cutlery and crockery
