The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload while working closely with colleagues across the wider property team. The role offers a broad mix of matters and plenty of autonomy, alongside support from experienced professionals and administrative staff.
Responsibilities will include:
- Handling residential sales and purchases from instruction through to completion
- Managing freehold and leasehold transactions
- Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity, and related property matters
- Maintaining proactive communication with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
- Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and compliantly
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture
- Assisting with business development and relationship-building initiatives where appropriate
- Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing residential conveyancing matters independently
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced non-qualified fee earner considered
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Comfortable using case management systems and digital workflows
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
- Team-oriented approach with a willingness to contribute to a collaborative environment
- Motivated individual looking for long-term career progression
