Role Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading national property maintenance and construction contractor, supporting long-term housing maintenance programmes across commercial properties.
We are seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer or Fabric Technician with a strong background in fabric maintenance and welding. The successful candidate will carry out reactive maintenance and repair tasks, performing high-quality fabric maintenance work across domestic and residential housing. The role requires a skilled Fabric Engineer or Fabric Technician who can work independently, delivering professional welding, carpentry, plumbing services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or Fabric Technician performing fabric maintenance
- Skilled welder with multi-trade experience (carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, tiling)
- Experience within commercial properties
