⏳ Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM)

The Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic team at our office based in Church Fenton. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our recruitment team by helping to attract, hire, and onboard drivers for our growing logistics network. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process for driver roles, including advertising, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Communicate with candidates via phone and email to guide them through the hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate records.
- Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
