About the Role
We are actively recruiting an experienced Telescopic Forklift Operator to join a residential construction project near Newbury.
You'll be working with an established construction company, supporting the day-to-day running of an active refurbishment development.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable, safety-focused operator looking for steady, ongoing work on a well-organised residential site.
Responsibilities

Operate a telescopic forklift to load, unload and move building materials around the development

Deliver materials safely to plots, work areas and storage compounds as directed by the site team

Carry out daily machine checks and report any defects or maintenance issues

Adhere to all site safety protocols, RAMS and regulations while operating machinery

Work alongside groundworkers, bricklayers and site management to keep the build moving
Requirements

Proven experience operating a telehandler, ideally on residential or new-build sites

Strong understanding of on-site health and safety

Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
