First Steps Sports Club are looking for two experienced football coaches to join our team from September 2026!
Duties:
- Plan and deliver high level high school football sessions to school pupils aged 12-16 years old.
Skills:
- Punctual, reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
- Experience in working within a secondary school environment or with secondary aged pupils.
- Knowledge and experience in football coaching and must hold at least an FA Level 1 certificate.
- Ability to tailor sessions to different ages and skill levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with pupils, parents, and staff.
- Organizational skills to plan sessions.
- Leadership qualities to motivate and inspire pupils to reach their full potential.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges or conflicts within the sessions.
Hours: 12-15 hours per week with additional hours available on weekends and during holiday camps.
