We are currently recruiting a Care Support Worker to join our friendly and dedicated team at Sutton Park in Blunsdon.
What We Offer
Full-time contract 37.5
15 hour day or 7.5 hour days - Sleep ins required.

About Sutton Park
Sutton Park is a friendly, welcoming service supporting two individuals with:
- Autism
- Learning Disabilities
- CHARGE Syndrome
- Polydipsia
One individual uses an adapted form of Makaton to communicate. Both require support with eating and drinking.
They enjoy being active and involved in the local community, including:
- Shopping trips
- Swimming
- Walking
- Eating out at local pubs
This is a lively and engaging service, ideal for energetic and caring support workers who are passionate about inclusion and personcentred care.
What Were Looking For
A genuine passion for supporting people to live independently
Flexibility to work across a 24hour rota, including alternate weekends
Drivers preferred, but not essential
Previous care experience is welcomedbut not required
A positive attitude and willingness to learn (full training provided)
