Kitchen & Bathroom Showroom Consultant
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission
We're looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Showroom Consultant to join our growing Birmingham showroom.
This isn't a standard retail sales role. We're looking for someone who understands kitchens, bathrooms and interiors and can confidently manage the complete customer journey from initial enquiry through to final installation.
About the role:
You'll be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of their project, providing expert advice, preparing quotations, designing solutions and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, installers and the Director of the business to ensure every project runs smoothly and to the highest standard.
What we're looking for:
We're keen to hear from people who have experience in the KBB industry, including those who have worked for:
- Independent kitchen or bathroom showrooms
- Kitchen manufacturers or retailers
- Bathroom retailers
- Tile showrooms
- Builders' merchants
- Kitchen installation companies
You'll ideally have:
- Experience selling kitchens, bathrooms or related interior products
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- The ability to manage projects from enquiry through to completion
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence building long-term relationships with customers
- A passion for design and helping customers create their ideal home
CAD or kitchen design software experience would be advantageous but isn't essential if you have strong industry knowledge.
