We are seeking to recruit a Programme Administrator to join the Professional Services team supporting programmes across LSDA/LSCA, including Architecture, Design and Creative Arts.
This role is a key part of the College’s administrative function, supporting the delivery of taught programmes and contributing to a high-quality student experience.
About the role
As a Programme Administrator, you will:

Support the administration of taught programmes and modules

Act as a key point of contact for students and staff

Manage a range of student and programme-related processes, including assessment and record-keeping
-
Work closely with academic and professional services colleagues to support delivery
-
Ensure processes are delivered accurately and in line with University regulations
The role supports a diverse and complex portfolio, including programmes with portfolio-based assessment, accreditation requirements and varied student journeys.
About you
You will:

Have experience in an administrative role, ideally within a busy or complex environment

Be highly organised with strong attention to detail

Be able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Be confident using systems and managing data accurately

About the team
You will join an experienced and supportive Professional Services team working across a large and diverse student portfolio within the College.
The team works closely with academic colleagues to ensure programmes are delivered effectively and students are supported throughout their journey.
