As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through face-to-face meetings and site visits
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Provide excellent after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Update the CRM system with customer interactions and progress on leads after each visit.
What we are looking for
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of field sales experience with a proven track record, ideally within a related industry.
- Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Sales-Driven: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Organised: Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledgeable: Familiarity with fixings, fasteners, or construction consumables is a bonus.
- Mobile: Full UK driver's license and willingness to travel across NI and ROI.
