Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Car Wash Attendant to deliver exceptional vehicle cleaning services in a friendly and efficient manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to high standards, providing excellent customer service throughout their shift. Responsibilities
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently to clean vehicles of all sizes.
- Provide courteous assistance to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
- Ensure vehicles are handled with care during washing and drying processes to prevent damage.
- Assist with basic vehicle inspections and report any issues or damages observed.
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times, including adherence to COVID-19 protocols where applicable.
- Manage cash or card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience in janitorial work or vehicle cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Customer service experience is highly desirable, demonstrating the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Driving experience is beneficial, especially for manoeuvring vehicles within the premises or assisting customers with vehicle movements.
- A responsible attitude towards safety and cleanliness is vital for success in this role.
