Glint Cleaning Solutions Ltd is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Mobile Cleaning Operative to support our cleaning service across multiple office-based sites.
This role involves travelling between different office locations using a company vehicle and ensuring each site is cleaned to a high, consistent standard.
We are looking for someone trustworthy, organised and able to manage their time well. You must be comfortable working independently, following a schedule and representing the company professionally on client sites.
Main Duties
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning office spaces, customer areas and staff areas
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets, kitchens and communal areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting
- Emptying bins and replacing bin liners
- Replenishing basic supplies where required
- Following a planned cleaning schedule across multiple office sites
- Completing work to the required standard within set timeframes
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, access problems or site concerns
- Using the company app or system to check in, check out and provide updates where required
- Driving between sites using a company vehicle
Requirements
The successful applicant must have:
- A full UK driving licence
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- A professional attitude when working on client sites
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions, schedules and company procedures
- Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not essential as training can be provided
