EVE Property are looking to recruit an ambitious, self-motivated Sales & Lettings Executive to join their successful team based in their busy Glasgow office.
Previous Estate & Letting Agency experience is essential, minimum 1 year.
Attention to detail, ability to work as both part of a team as well as using individual initiative, completing tasks to tight deadlines along with a demonstrable track record in developing new business streams are just some of the essential criteria the ideal candidate must have.
A brief outline of the job description –
- Arranging property viewings
- Attending property viewings as and when required
- Liaising with vendors and purchasers as well as solicitors
- Compile tenant applications for landlord approval
- Compile tenant information for moving in day
- Liaise with contractors on health and safety requirements and property repairs
- Dealing with walk in/ telephone/ email enquiries
- Providing feedback to invested parties
- Creating property sales/letting descriptions and online brochures
- Maximising and generating sales opportunities through active marketing
- Updating associated software and creating digital marketing infotainment/ content
- Working to tight deadlines as part of a team as well as individually
- Working with Lettings Manager and Director on task as required
