We are seeking a proactive and personable Lettings Negotiator with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy agreement, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational and communication skills to further develop their career within the property industry.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to lettings enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
- Negotiate offers and terms of tenancy agreements in line with company policies
- Assist in preparing tenancy documentation and contracts
- Maintain accurate records of property listings, viewings, and negotiations
- Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication throughout the lettings process
- Support marketing activities to promote available properties
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; a keen organisational ability is crucial
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse client base
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple property listings and client enquiries efficiently
- Professional attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory
