Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, and proactive outreach.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development and candidate sourcing through to placement and aftercare.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and prospective clients.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability against client requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
- Create engaging social media content and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
- Ensure all compliance checks and recruitment documentation are completed accurately.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent the business at networking events and industry functions.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven track record in lead generation, business development, or sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to achieve and exceed targets.

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
