We provide an individualised tailor-made support to people within their own homes so that they can meet a range of activities of daily living as identified within their support plan whilst pursuing their interests and life aspirations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help clients with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document client care activities and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate supervisor
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanour
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects or assist with client mobility
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals is preferred
