Field Service Engineering Manager

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Field Service Engineering Manager
This role will involve managing a small team of field based mechanical technicians covering the southeast of England.
As a Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a mechanical O & M team across the Southeast.

The geographical area to be covered includes Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex & Kent.

This is a hands on leadership role requiring strong operational, technical & people management skills.

You will deliver high reliability on electrical generating assets including Solar & Wind, but most Gas Engines (both dirty & natural).

Using the Maximo system to generate orders & technical support.

Other duties as required.
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Strong mechanical knowledge.

Previous experience leading an engineering team.

Strong people management skills.

The ability to travel across the region.

Full, clean driving licence.
