Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance the current menu offering and add your own personality to the dish whilst ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained. Previous restaurant or pub kitchen experience are highly desirable for this position.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards whilst paying attention to service times
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to uphold brand standards
- Lead by example in fostering a positive team environment centred on professionalism and excellence
Skills
- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking, and plating presentation
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management
- Previous restaurant or pub kitchen experience demonstrating versatility across various roles such as cooking and serving
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire confidence among team members
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Hospitality experience that enhances customer service delivery and guest satisfaction
Pay: £13.30-£13.50 per hour
