Compliance Administrator - 12-Month Contract
The role of Compliance Administrator:
- Proactively managing a caseload of Freedom of Information (FOI) requests
- Liaising with colleagues and senior managers to collate information and provide advice
- Drafting responses to FOIA requests and ensuring statutory deadlines are met
- Applying relevant exemptions and maintaining detailed records
- Managing caseloads relating to Subject Access Requests (SARs), Disclosure Requests, and Information Rights Requests
The ideal Compliance Administrator:
- Significant experience of Data Protection within large or complex organisations
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of FOIA
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including response writing
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues and review/redact information
- Competent analytical and problem-solving abilities
