Role Summary
We are seeking a Data & Systems Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging technology to improve business processes, with a particular focus on data management, analysis, and systems administration. You’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation efforts, working on exciting projects like enhancing our CRM, optimizing work management systems, and supporting digital marketing initiatives.
Data Management & Analysis:
- Collect, process, and analyse business data to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.
- Maintain and enhance our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and effective use.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics.
- Support the implementation and improvement of data analysis tools.
- Work closely with different departments to identify data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and participate in data migration projects.
- Strong Excel and data interpretation skills
Systems Administration:
- Manage and improve our existing digital infrastructure, ensuring it meets business needs.
- Assist with the roll-out of new software and systems, working closely with management to ensure smooth implementation.
- Provide technical training to staff on various software tools, including CRM systems, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Manage the introduction and adoption of new software e.g. property management solutions
- Research and implement ways of leveraging AI to benefit our business practices and improve efficiencies
Internal IT Support:
- Liaise with external IT service providers for smooth business operation.
- Perform basic hardware and software setup and support for staff.
- Troubleshoot any connectivity issues and liaise with providers
- Proficient with Windows and Microsoft packages.
- Have a strong understanding of digital media to support business needs.
- Train and support staff in the use of third-party software and new tools
- Regularly communicate best IT practices and updates company wide.
- Manage IT inventory, including laptops, phones, and peripherals.
- Ownership of IT processes, up to date documentation and registers
- Manage the ticketing system to handle and prioritise internal IT requests.
- Ensure IT security procedures are implemented and managed.
- Provide IT support outside of working hours if and when necessary
- Occasional travel to our Middlesbrough office (Full UK Driving License is required for the role)
