We are now looking for a qualified Level 2 Beauty Therapist who is passionate, detail-oriented, and motivated by targets and results.
The Role
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will deliver a wide range of Level 2 beauty treatments to an exceptional standard.
You will be expected to contribute to the commercial success of the business by:
- Hitting daily and monthly KPIs
- Upselling treatments and retail products
- Driving rebooking's and client retention
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience
Strong performance is rewarded through commission and percentage-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities Beauty Treatments (Level 2)
- Deliver professional Nail services such as manicures, pedicures, Builder gel and gel polish using a hand file
- Brow treatments
- Perform facial and Body Massage treatments
- Carry out hair removal services - waxing.
Client Experience & Consultations
- Carry out in-depth consultations to understand client needs and goals
- Recommend suitable treatments, treatment courses, and homecare products
- Build strong client relationships to maximise rebooking and retention
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service and professionalism
Sales, Targets & KPIs
This role is target-driven, with clear expectations including:
- Retail sales targets (daily and monthly)
- Treatment upgrades and add-on conversions
- Rebooking percentage targets
- Client retention KPIs
Earning Incentives
- Commission paid as a percentage on retail sales

Clinic Standards & Compliance
- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and workstations

What You’ll Need
- NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification (required)
- Previous experience as a beauty therapist is essential
- Strong product knowledge and confidence in retail sales
What We Offer
- £14- £15 per hour (29-hour week) Wednesday & Thursday 2pm - 8pm Friday and Saturday 9am - 6pm, 1st sunday of every month - 10am –2pm
