Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to provide essential support to individuals in care homes and home care settings, ensuring they receive the highest standard of personalised care.
We are looking day shift full time & part time and also night duty!
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Support the development and implementation of personalised care plans
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a respectful and caring environment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the care setting
Support clients with meal preparation and feeding where necessary
- Utilise IT systems to update care records and communicate effectively with team members
- 6 months experience minimum
- Knowledge of care plans and ability to adapt support accordingly is advantageous
- Proficiency in IT systems used for documentation and communication within healthcare settings
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients and colleague
