Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support service users in their own homes. You will assist with daily living tasks, follow care plans, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment while promoting independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Support with meals and medication
- Follow and update care plans accurately
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
- Drive service users to appointments or social activities when required
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment
