An expanding children’s residential care provider is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a therapeutic home supporting children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
Salary: From £50,000 + performance-related bonus (paid quarterly)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a residential children’s home on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure high standards of safe, compliant, child-centred care
- Oversee safeguarding practice and promote positive outcomes for young people
- Manage and support a staff team, including supervision and development
- Coordinate care planning, casework, rotas, and operational delivery
- Work closely with external professionals and placing authorities
- Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards
- Drive a positive, reflective and consistent team culture

What We’re Looking For
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Significant experience in a residential children’s home setting
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and children’s homes regulations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage a regulated service and produce high-quality documentation
- Strong communication and multi-agency working skills
