Element Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established and highly respected Financial Planning firm to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their expanding team.

You’ll play an important role in supporting advisers and contributing to the overall success of the team.
The Role
In this position, you will provide full administrative support to Financial Planners, ensuring that client recommendations and ongoing services are delivered efficiently and accurately. You will act as a key contact within the business, helping to uphold excellent service standards and support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as an initial point of contact for clients by phone and email
- Maintaining and updating client information within back-office systems
- Preparing meeting documentation and assisting with client review processes
- Handling new business activities, including applications, AML checks, and paperwork
- Managing workflows, task lists, and shared inboxes
- Communicating with providers and resolving queries
- Producing illustrations, valuations, and related documents
- Checking Letters of Authority and client documents for accuracy
- Supporting advisers and paraplanners throughout the case lifecycle
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
About You
- At least 3–4 years’ experience within financial services
- Good knowledge of financial products and industry processes
- Strong written communication skills, including professional email and letter writing
- High level of accuracy when handling and maintaining client data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with financial systems (IO experience is advantageous)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Confident, professional approach to client interaction
