Salary from £12.70 - £13.50 Per Hour depending on experience
Part Time or Full Time Fixed term contract,
With Immediate start.
20- 40 Hrs
Working in and around Cheadle Royal business park x4 days and Ashton Under Lyne x 1 day
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining commercial grounds to a high standard, both individually and as part of a team. You will be expected to work to our high standards in all-weather conditions.
Role to include but not limited to
* Grass mowing (ride on and pedestrian)
* Strimming
* Leaf clearing, using blower
* Hedge cutter/ shrub pruning
* Litter picking
* Paper work/recording of work done, risk assessments, method statements etc
A valid driving license.
Job related certification desirable but not essential
A typical week consists of :- 06.30- 10.30 (Part-Time) or 06.30 - 15.00 Mon- Fri or Tues-Sat with additional hours available.
