A well-regarded law firm in Tunbridge Wells is looking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

You'll work alongside experienced litigators, advising a broad range of individuals and businesses on contentious matters while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative environment. The caseload is varied and may include:
- Contractual disputes
- Property litigation
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Boundary and neighbour disputes
- Debt recovery matters
- Professional negligence claims
- Contentious probate matters
- General civil and commercial litigation
The firm is open to considering solicitors at different stages of their career and will look to tailor responsibilities around your level of experience.
