Job Title: Front of House Security Concierge
Location: West End - Mayfair
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 19:00
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Concierge to join our team at a prestigious client site. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, vigilance, and an proactive approach to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all staff, visitors and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service while ensuring security procedures are strictly followed and enforced as appropriate.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies in accordance with site procedures as may be required by your role.
- Assist the reception team with visitor management, administrative and other tasks.
- Liaise effectively with the client, their staff and members.
Requirements:
- SIA Licence (mandatory).
- Proven experience in a security, concierge, or similar customer-facing role advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
- Flexibility and reliability to meet the demands of the role.
