Customer Service Advisor (Hybrid) | Chester
The rewards:
- Up to £36,571 per annum
- Permanent role
- Hybrid working — 2–3 days in the office after training
- Flexible shifts Monday to Saturday
Hours:
- 40 hours per week (options for 37.5 or 35 hours pro rata)
- Monday – Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm, Saturday 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexible shifts)
- First 12 weeks fully office-based; full availability required for first 6 weeks training
The role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Supporting customers in complex and sensitive financial situations
- Acting as a Debt Advice Specialist, providing tailored advice and helping customers reach sustainable outcomes
- Using judgement, empathy, and expertise to guide individuals through challenging circumstances
The ideal Customer Service Advisor:
- Strong empathy and communication skills
- Able to manage complex, sensitive customer situations with professionalism
- Experience in customer service or financial services preferred
