We are seeking a dedicated and passionate supervisor for the Hotel, Restaurant and Bar with more than 300 years old English tradition
The Ragged Cot:
The Ragged Cot is a picturesque, boutique country inn and restaurant housed in a 16th-century coaching house. It blends rustic charm with modern comforts. Located in Minchinhampton, just outside Stroud, backing onto National Trust land and the building is believed to date back to around 1610.
The ideal Waiter candidate should be:
- Team player
- Previous supervisor experience in a restaurant & bar
- Good cocktail knowledge and experience is an advantage
- A passion for beverage and service
- An understanding of exceptional guest service and exceeding expectation
- Excellent knowledge about beverages - wines, spirits and cocktails
- A hard-working attitude
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- High attention to detail with customers in focus and creating memories and wow factor in the service
- Know how to deliver exceptional guest service and how never to say “No”.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
