Overview
We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a huge role in our restaurant by preparing high-quality meals and ensuring that all food safety standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
- Help with stock management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Essentials:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
