Job Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and compassionate care to children and young people living in a residential setting.
Support the emotional, social, and educational development of the children in your care.
Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each child's needs.
Ensure a safe environment that meets the physical and emotional needs of children.
Engage with children in recreational and educational activities that promote their well-being.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and incidents.

Essential Qualifications:
