Your role:
As a Lecturer, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do, delivering high-quality teaching while supporting students every step of the way.
You will:
- Deliver dynamic and engaging teaching, learning and assessment across Accounting & Finance
- Take full ownership of your courses, including organisation, planning and student outcomes
- Develop and deliver SOLAR (Scheme of Learning and Reflection) or HE Module Guides
- Act as a personal tutor, supporting and motivating students to succeed
- Plan lessons across a range of levels and subject areas
- Monitor attendance, progress and achievement using key systems
- Work collaboratively with the Programme Coordinator and Faculty Head to enhance the curriculum
- Contribute to quality assurance, assessment standardisation and continuous improvement
- Support recruitment activities and promote the professional curriculum
- Adapt your teaching across a variety of courses aligned to your expertise
