CHEF DE PARTIE:
Kite at The Red Hart is a neighbourhood gastropub serving high quality British cuisine across our daily menus and events. We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic chef de partie to join our small kitchen team.
- Position: Chef de Partie
- Start Date: Immediate
- Hours: 40+ (Between Wednesday-Sunday)
- Experience required: Chef de partie (1 year)
- Salary: £30K + TRONC (circa £3k per annum)
- Languages: English
THE ROLE, CHEF DE PARTIE
- Supporting the head chef in smooth daily operation, budgets, ordering and stock rotation
- Being a food enthusiast, passionate about upcoming food trends
- Providing reliability and a genuine enthusiasm towards our industry
- Managing food GP in line with our zero waste goals
- Maintain and promote health and safety, and our workplace values
- Assist the team in the smooth running of shifts and provide support to management as required
