The Ilsington Country House Hotel and Spa is a 4-star family owned and run hotel, located on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park, 3 miles from A38 and Bovey Tracey.
The Restaurant holds 2 AA rosettes for cuisine, with all food being freshly prepared on the premises. We are seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our friendly team. You would gain experience on all sections within the kitchen along with being instrumental in helping the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu planning and development.
Our Head Chef has been at the hotel for over 25 years and is passionate about food and the ability to pass on his experience to others. It would be good if you had some previous experience in a similar style of establishment, but more importantly be passionate and enthusiastic about food.
You will work 5 days out of 7, straight shifts and be entitled to 28 days holiday per year.
Transport is essential due to our location. We are 4 miles from A38 and Bovey Tracey in a rural location.
There is no live-in accommodation with this position.
