The role -
We require an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to help Dodd Group deliver a new project for Mansfield District Council. You will be advising tenants of the delivery of their replacement Kitchen and Bathroom programme in occupied social housing.
Primary functions –
- Meeting with customers to explain the project and the works involved.
- Obtain details about the customer, and special requirements they have, and the property to be worked upon.
- Liaise with the customer to obtain kitchen colour choices (CLO will have sample boards with colour charts etc).
- Liaise with the customer and kitchen supplier to conduct full measured surveys – may also need to include Dodd Group Supervisors.
- Ensure the customers are ready ahead of works starting, including ensuring cupboards are empty and work areas are clean and clear.
- Liaise with the customer and Supervisor through the works to ensure customer satisfaction and communicate any programme changes etc.
- Contact customers after work completion to obtain feed back and check they are happy with works.
Essentials –
- IT literacy
- Full driving licence and access to a car
- Great communication skills
- Social housing background an advantage
- Customer centric.
