Are you an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable and rewarding role in London & Home Counties.
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to deliver planned and reactive maintenance services across a range of commercial properties in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems, including HVAC, boilers, pumps, and plumbing systems
- Diagnose and repair faults to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely
- Conduct general building maintenance tasks as required
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with clients and onsite teams to provide high-quality service
