Based in Belfast, CB Contracts is a leading specialist sub-contractor in flooring, painting, and hygienic cladding. We’re searching for a skilled Estimator to join our dynamic Commercial Team—someone who thrives on challenge and takes pride in delivering winning bids.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Turning tender documents into compelling, competitive submissions
- Preparing detailed take-offs, BOQs, and pricing strategies
- Identifying risks and opportunities within project scopes and specifications
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to get the best outcomes
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers
- Representing the company at key pre- and post-tender meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in estimating, quantity surveying, or a similar commercial role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and cost planning
- Sharp analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Confident communicator and team player
- Experience with estimating software (a plus, not essential)
Your Background
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in estimating or surveying
- Degree or diploma in a construction-related field
- Track record of pricing tenders and delivering on deadlines
