Facilities Assistant - Birmingham & Solihull

- Fully office-based Monday to Friday
- 12-month FTC
The role of Facilities Assistant:
- Assist with office maintenance, equipment checks, and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Prepare meeting rooms, provide refreshments, and ensure offices run smoothly.
- Organise, file, and securely manage wills and other sensitive legal documents.
- Provide front of desk cover where required.
- Assist with projects, admin tasks, and office co-ordination.
- Assist the Facilities Manager and help maintain smooth office operations.
The ideal Facilities Assistant:
- MUST have a full and clean UK driving license to travel between sites.
- Strong communication skills.
- An interest in facilities management.
- Available to start immediately and commit to the full 12-months.
- Happy in the office full time, Monday to Friday.
