Support Worker – Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Care Dynamics is seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team supporting adults with learning disabilities across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
This is a rewarding role where you will help individuals live independently in their own homes while promoting choice, dignity and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and daily living support.
- Supporting service users with activities, appointments and community access.
- Administering medication where required.
- Maintaining accurate care records.
- Encouraging independence and achieving personal goals.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven support work experience.
- Comfortable working alone (lone working).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, sleep-ins and weekends.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
